Books to buy
The first thing you're going to want to do is inform yourself on what it is you're collecting. Go out and buy yourself one of these books. These are incredibly helpful and full of useful pez knowledge.

The mother load of all pez collecting
books! It's got color pictures, lots of
information on pez dispensers and interviews
with employees of PEZ! This is a great book
to help you learn everything you wanted to
know about PEZ and more!

A new book out by Shawn Peterson!
A nice and new refreshing book showcasing
lots of great images of dispenser and
non-dispenser items. A price guide is
included with this.
Shawn mentioned PEZ Central on p.149

Here's a revised edition of the first
book of Richard Geary. This book has an
up-to-date price guide inside and is great
because it has pictures of almost all
the PEZ you'll be looking out for!
(FULL COLOR!)

The second book by Richard Geary. This
book doesn't have as many pictures of
dispensers as the first, but it does
have a lot of images of other pez stuff
and good information.

Hunting for Pez
One trick to collecting is finding pez for under the book value. You need to try and strike a deal somewhere or just made a good find. So where should you go looking for pez?

YARD SALES:
Try going to yard sales. They're a good source for getting good deals because a lot of people are just trying to get rid of stuff. Some have no idea what they've got. Or they know what they've got and pez just doesn't hold the same value to them as it does to you. It's hard to find them at yard sales though. Get ready to hunt.

ANTIQUE STORES:
You can also go to antique stores. Watch out though. Antique stores tend to over price their pez. I've had countless encounters in antique stores where I'll find a current dispenser that I can find at any store for a $1 and somone is trying to sell it for $5 or more. It's a bit outrageous. So you must try and educate yourself on what is old and what is new.

Flea Market Guide
Check this site out for Flea Markets in your area!!

Below is a list of some stores which viewers have found carry PEZ. Pezheads have written in and told us stores in which they found pez being sold. Since most stores are chains, some of the stores listed below in your area may decide not to sell pez. But in general you will pretty much find pez at any of these types of stores.
